If you are already TM-ASSISTANCE’ provider as you signed a contract with us, you need to refer to the information regarding specific privacy and information transfer terms contained therein.

This platform is addressed to users older than 18 years of age. Its use by persons under this age is prohibited. Also, the user acknowledges responsibly that he/she has sufficient legal capacity to sign and enter into contracts with TM-ASSISTANCE for service provision.

  • Expediting communication between providers and TM-ASSISTANCE to manage, extending and improving services requested by TM-ASSISTANCE in the development of the contractual relationship, as well as managing collections and claims or suggestions.
  • Allowing uses associated to the Platform’s cookies as described in the cookie policy.
  • In case the cookie policy had been accepted for the development of purposes associated to different types of cookies reported thereby, in particular those of analytical type (browsing profile/user), performing such analysis and statistics associated to web browsing in order to improve our services and quality in service provision. Should you wish, you may configure the use of analytical cookies by using your right to revoke your consent with respect to the purpose associated to these cookies at any time.
